    光功能材料与器件:光是信息、能量和美的载体。目前研究兴趣是半导体照明用发光材料、信息显示用光电材料、力致发光材料、近红外发光材料、长余辉发光材料,以及新型半导体功能材料。侧重研究材料的组分-结构-功能的关系和研发可调控光与电子的新材料和新器件。
